Pricing Questions

Are there any hidden fees?
No! We believe in transparent pricing. All potential fees (fuel surcharge, insurance, remote area delivery, etc.) are clearly displayed before you confirm your shipment. What you see is what you pay.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Customers shipping more than 50 packages per month qualify for volume discounts ranging from 10-30% depending on shipping volume. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Enterprise customers can also set up monthly invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Can I get a refund if my package is delayed?
Yes! We offer a money-back guarantee on express and same-day services. If we miss the delivery commitment (excluding force majeure events), we'll refund the shipping cost in full. Standard shipping includes partial refunds for significant delays.
How is dimensional weight calculated?
For large, lightweight packages, we use dimensional weight pricing: (Length × Width × Height) / 139 for domestic shipments, or / 166 for international. You'll be charged based on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight.
